Brand New Pokémon Games Announced for Mobile & Nintendo Switch

Pokémon Quest: “free-to-start” & you can start playing from today. It looks awesome & different.

The game lovers will be overwhelmed to know that, the Pokémon Company gladly announced a brand new Pokémon game for the Nintendo Switch. The announcement was done at the “Pokémon 2018 Video Game Press Conference”, held in Japan. It is called Pokémon Quest and available from today, May 30, 2018 on Switch. You will have to wait until late June 2018 for the mobile phone version on Google Play and iOS.

Grab your Nintendo Switch and get ready for a new adventure! With Pokémon to befriend and hidden treasures to uncover, #PokemonQuest is a brand-new land for you to explore!

#PokemonQuest allows Trainers of all ages to get in on the action! In this free-to-start game, you can face off against wild Pokémon and embark on many exciting expeditions.

The features of Pokémon Quest is a simple, “free-to-start”, meaning it doesn’t cost any money to start and depends on in-game packages.

The packages currently available are following:

  • Expedition Pack ($4.99)
  • Great Expedition Pack ($9.99)
  • Ultra Expedition Pack (17.99)
  • Broadburst Stone ($2.99 USD) Scattershot Stone ($2.99)
  • Sharing Stone ($2.99)
  • Stay Strong Stone ($2.99)
  • Wait Less Stone ($2.99)
  • Whack-Whack Stone ($2.99)

GAME FREAK is working for the overall development of Pokémon Quest. It is featured with user friendliness and simple control system with the system of “tap to screen” to battle. Other features are,  here, players will be hunting for treasure, discovering unexplored territories, battling with wild Pokémon, and more interestingly, cooking tasty treats for tempting new Pokémon to join own party.

This new Pokémon title, developed by GAME FREAK, lets players explore the island of Tumblecube with their team of cute, cube-shaped characters known as Pokéxel,

He also said,

Players will be able to personalize their Pokémon and develop a strong bond with their Pokémon friends while battling their way through the adventure. With the simple touch-screen controls, Pokémon Quest is a game that Pokémon fans of all ages can pick up and play.

Moreover, now the Pokémon Quest is available on Nintendo Switch and will be available on mobile phones very quickly, in June 2018.
